Monthly HOA Dues
The monthly HOA assessment is $191. If you need to set up your monthly payment or check the status of your account, please contact our HOA management company.
Community Speed Restrictions
Please limit speeds to 10 mph within the community.
Is a bulb burned out at the clubhouse? Is a streetlamp not working? Report these and other issues to our community manager.
Entrance Gate Remotes
Remotes for the entrance gate can be obtained from the community manager.
Mailboxes / Local Post Office
Your mailbox is assigned to you by the U.S. Post Office. If you have any issues with mail delivery, contact our local USPS branch located at 6500 De Moss Drive, Houston 77074.
Trash Collection / Recycling
Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. Residents must provide their own trash cans. On non-trash collection days, trash bins are to be kept out of view, per the community deed restrictions. Our community contracts with Texas Pride Disposal. If you have any issues with trash collection at your residence, please call them.
Recycling is picked up every Friday.
Trash and recycling may be picked up very early in the morning, so the HOA recommends that container be put out the night before. Residents are reminded that trash and recycling bins must be stored out of view on non-trash pickup days.
Clubhouse and Gym Access
The access code can be obtained from the community manager. If you want to reserve the clubhouse, please visit the clubhouse reservations page.
Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
The swimming pool and hot tub are cleaned once a week in the winter and twice a week during the swimming season. If you notice any maintenance issues (bulbs burned, trash, etc), please contact our community manager.
